Safety is the plan, not the paperwork.

Diving is unforgiving of shortcuts. Every scope we take on is planned, risk assessed, supervised and recorded — and anyone on the crew can stop the job.

Our commitment

Four things we hold to on every job.

Health

Protecting the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

Safety

Maintaining disciplined procedures and safe working practices.

Environment

Minimising environmental impact across our operations.

Quality

Delivering services according to approved procedures and client requirements.

In practice

What that looks like on the deck.

These are routine on our jobs, not exceptional.

  • Documented risk assessment before every scope of work
  • Pre-dive briefings and daily toolbox talks
  • Stop-work authority held by every member of the crew
  • Equipment inspection and certification records maintained
  • Incident reporting, investigation and close-out
  • Diver medicals and competency records kept current

Standards

Aligned to internationally recognised diving and inspection practice.

Our procedures are written around internationally recognised commercial diving and inspection practice, and around each client's own permit-to-work and marine assurance requirements. Certification records for divers, supervisors and equipment are maintained and available for audit before mobilisation.
